Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from City Unlocked:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- You will receive a 100% refund when the item has arrived back to us
- Please ensure that the item you're returning comes with all the original packaging
- Email us with your order number, reason of return, and name of the items, to grant a return.
